We don’t want to provide pages of legal terms in small print that you must sign to say you have read them. We want to be honest with you and for you to be honest with us.
We promise to offer you an experience of 10, 20, 40 or 60 hours based on your booking choice and this will be delivered online.
If we are closed during for public holidays, we will advise you in advance and deliver these hours at another suitable time.
If we are unable to deliver your experience for reasons outside our control, we will refund your money in full for any days not completed.
If you are not happy with your experience and we are unable to rectify the situation to your satisfaction, we will refund your money in full for any days not completed.
If we feel your language level is insufficient after offering you a place, we will refund your money in full for any days not completed.
If we feel that your behaviour is unacceptable, we will discuss this with you. We are all adults, and we expect all hosts and guests to be polite, respectful of others and to make a positive contribution to the group. If the situation is not improved to our satisfaction, we will ask you to leave and there is no refund at all.
If you are unable to attend an event, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice of your absence. If notice is not given by you or less than 24 hours before class, then you simply forfeit that event and credit.
It is your responsibility to ensure the device you use is fully functioning, you have enough connectivity and the time available. We do not offer refunds for these issues.
We require payment in full before the experience starts. If you have not paid by this time, we will remind you and you will not be allowed to attend any events until payment has been received.
In the event of a refund, we will only return money to the bank account that originally paid the fees.
If you wish to cancel before the experience starts we require 10 working days’ notice and will refund 100% of your money. If you give us less or no notice then there is no refund.
We will always discuss any problems and issues with you as our primary aim is to make sure you enjoy studying with us. These terms and conditions are only there for rare occasions where we cannot resolve our differences and we would apply the rules of English law in more serious matters.
